It is an Online Shopping Platform that serves customers’ demands by providing them with multiple products from different categories on a daily basis. What sets Yiswa as a unique idea in the e-commerce field is that it has been established to work the other way around, while the price of the product decreases in the Reverse Auction, customers choose the right product price for them.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Vendor Acquisition Specialist, located in Kuwait City. The Non-Food Vendor Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and onboarding new vendors onto the Yiswa platform. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts, ensuring vendor compliance with platform requirements, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the vendor experience. The role involves frequent communication with vendors to ensure a diverse and high-quality product offering on the platform.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Kuwaiti market
• Proficiency in Arabic and English
• Strong experience in vendor management, sourcing, and contract negotiation
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and the online shopping industry
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
