This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Mangaf. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to managing the hiring process. This role involves working closely with hiring managers, conducting interviews, and implementing employer branding strategies to attract top talent. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also be responsible for maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Experience with Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring
• Strong skills in Interviewing and Recruiting
• Knowledge of Employer Branding strategies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Mangaf
• Familiarity with recruiting in the real estate, home furnishings, fashion, or lifestyle industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
