Influencer Account Manager

Kuwait City, Kuwait

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Influencer Account Manager to manage relationships with influencers and creators on Linco’s platform. This role is critical in building strong partnerships, driving influencer-led campaigns, and ensuring seamless execution of influencer product bundles and promotions. The ideal candidate is a people-person with excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of influencer marketing and e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities:Influencer Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for influencers and creators.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers aligned with Linco’s brand vision.
  • Negotiate collaborations, terms, and campaign deliverables.
  • Provide influencers with guidance on product selection and bundle creation to ensure cohesive, on-brand offerings.

Campaign & Bundle Coordination

  • Collaborate with influencers to create cohesive product bundles that resonate with their audience.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, merchandising, and operations) to ensure product availability, pricing, and promotional readiness.
  • Oversee campaign timelines, ensuring smooth launches and tracking deliverables.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor influencer performance metrics, including engagement rates, sales impact, and ROI of influencer bundles.
  • Analyze data to optimize future campaigns and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare regular reports for management on influencer campaign performance and marketplace impact.

Strategy & Growth

  • Identify and recruit new influencers and creators to join the Linco platform.
  • Develop influencer-led marketing strategies that align with seasonal campaigns and brand growth objectives.
  • Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, especially within Kuwait and the GCC region.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, account management, or partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Arabic (Kuwaiti dialect preferred).
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in using analytics tools for performance tracking.
  • Passion for e-commerce, fashion, beauty, and lifestyle industries is a plus.
