Regional Operations Manager

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented professional to oversee day-to-day operations, manage cross-functional projects, and support strategic business growth. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills to ensure smooth execution of company goals. The candidate will work closely with the leadership team, department heads, and project managers to streamline workflows, implement policies, and ensure organizational efficiency.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Strategy

  • Oversee daily operations across all departments ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company objectives.
  • Monitor KPIs, budgets, and performance metrics to drive operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with senior management in strategic planning, business development, and decision-making.
  • Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions.

Project Coordination

  • Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously from initiation to completion.
  • Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, department heads, and project teams.
  • Track progress, prepare status reports, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Anticipate challenges, resolve conflicts, and ensure seamless execution of project plans.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and support department managers and project coordinators.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure cross-departmental collaboration and alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct performance reviews, training, and capacity-building for teams.

Financial & Compliance

  • Work with the finance team to oversee budgets, financial planning, and cost optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies.
  • Support fundraising, investor relations, and board reporting (for COO-level role).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 7–12 years of proven experience in operations management, project coordination, or executive leadership.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and large-scale projects.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, MS Project, or similar).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
