Regional Operations Manager — Event Mobility (Passengers)

Help us deliver seamless guest transportation—from airport transfers to city-to-city movements—across multiple Host Cities in the U.S., Mexico, and Canada. You’ll orchestrate motorcoach/sprinter/shuttle operations with our vendor partners, keep VIP and group movements on time, and lead field teams on the ground to create a world-class guest experience.

What you’ll do

• Plan and deliver regional passenger transport for fans/VIPs across Host Cities; manage on-the-day operations and incident response.
• Build and enforce SLAs with motorcoach/shuttle vendors; ensure safety, readiness, and service quality across airports, stadiums, and hotels.
• Lead and mentor Field Operations Coordinators; coordinate with Command Center; escalate/resolution for service disruptions.
• Oversee capacity planning and allocations; manage data/reporting in tour/transport systems; track milestones, invoices, and budgets.
• Travel for venue walk-throughs, QA, and staff training; partner cross-functionally with Travel, Hospitality, IT, Sales, and Central Ops.

What you bring

• 5+ years in passenger movement for major events/tour operations/travel programs (sports tournaments preferred).
• Hands-on experience with airport transfers, motorcoach/charter vendors, shuttle operations, and guest service recovery at scale.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management; confident leading multi-city teams on event schedules.
• Proficiency with planning/collaboration tools (Teams/SharePoint/Excel/Project) and tour/transport operating systems.
• Flexible for event hours; able to travel 25%+ during peak periods.

Nice to have
Bilingual; experience with ADA vehicle coordination; prior work with TMCs/DMCs, stadiums, airports, and hotels.

This is not freight/cargo, CDL driver dispatch, warehouse logistics, or last-mile parcel delivery.
