Regional Performance Coordinator

Job Brief:

The job incumbent would be responsible for research-gathering data from internal stakeholders and performing analysis, presenting a range of data-driven solutions, and thereafter implementing those solutions and optimizations using analytical tools and technologies, statistically analyzes large data sets to identify effective ways of boosting organizational efficiency. Creating analytics platform, develop the capability within cross-functional teams to enable optimal resource allocation, tracking and monitoring of KPIs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Compile, validate, and analyze regional performance data across sales, revenue, and operational metrics.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and regional scorecards for management visibility.
  • Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports, highlighting trends, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, and BI) to ensure data accuracy and alignment.
  • Support regional leadership with ad-hoc analysis, insights, and business reviews.
  • Monitor KPIs and ensure timely reporting to national performance teams.
  • Manage data repositories and ensure consistent updates to key visibility tools.
  • Assist in planning sessions by providing data-backed recommendations and forecasts.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of regional data assets.

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in developing SOPs/Workflows.
  • Expertise in Data Analysis & Visualization Tools (Excel/Looker/Power BI etc.).
  • Experience: 2-3 Years of relevant experience (Preferably working in the capacity of coordination with sales in terms of data driven).
