Regional RCM Manager

Apex is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Regional Revenue Cycle Management Manager. As a Regional RCM Manager at Apex, you will be responsible for the oversight and support of the practice’s Revenue Cycle. You will work as part of a close-knit ‘work family’ and earn the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities in a dynamic, high growth healthcare services environment. You will have the opportunity to see the impact of your work as you delight your teammates by clearing roadblocks so that they can provide outstanding patient care. Core responsibilities include:

• Oversight of the Revenue Cycle Management Process for 10-15 dental practices
• Weekly reporting to Office Leadership Teams of key oversight areas and AR Health
• Ensure timely follow up on rejected claims and attachments
• Identify issues resulting in non-payment of claims due to internal/external issues
• Insurance Plan Creation and Auto Posting of insurance payments
• Support offices with any questions on difficult aging claims and claims paid off fee schedule

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years experience with Revenue Cycle Management/Dental Billing.
• Knowledge of electronic claims submission via clearinghouse, billing for multiple specialties, ERA processing, insurance plan creation, and AR follow up
• Understanding of different dental benefits; Out of network, indirectly and directly contracted
• Type-A personality who takes initiative and who puts in the extra time to do it the right way every time
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - you enjoy interacting with your teammates and answering questions
• Able to determine priority of daily activities and achieve results.
• Strong organization skills with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
