Role Overview:

The Regional Relationship Manager (Affiliate Admissions) will be responsible for expanding,

managing, and driving admissions through the affiliate and channel partner network. The role

requires strong networking ability, relationship management, and strategic planning to establish

and strengthen affiliate ecosystems across regions.


Key Responsibilities:

● Drive admissions (enrollments) through the affiliate and channel partner ecosystem.

● Identify, onboard, and nurture high-performing affiliates and consultants.

● Strengthen and manage relationships with existing affiliates to ensure sustained results.

● Build and expand networks in new territories through market research and outreach.

● Conduct regular reviews, performance tracking, and enablement programs for affiliates.

● Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams for regional campaigns and lead flow

optimization.

● Ensure compliance with defined admission processes and maintain accurate reporting

metrics.

● Act as the regional point of contact for affiliate communication, payouts, and

performance analysis.


Qualifications & Skills:

● Bachelor’s degree (MBA or equivalent preferred).

● 1–5 years of experience in business development, affiliate/channel partnerships, or

education sector sales.

● Strong understanding of regional language and market dynamics.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

● Process-oriented approach with strong organizational and reporting discipline.

● Long-term commitment and passion for growth within the education and admissions

ecosystem.

● Proven ability to work independently while driving measurable results.

● Willingness to travel across assigned regions extensively.
