Job Requirements
Project Planning & Management:

Develop and implement project plans, including detailed schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Site Supervision & Execution:
-
Oversee daily site operations, manage the site labor force and subcontractors, and ensure work aligns with project plans.
Coordination & Communication:
-
Act as the central point of communication between clients, architects, consultants, and various subcontractors to ensure smooth project flow.
Quality Assurance:
-
Monitor and ensure that all fit-out work, including installations of flooring, partitions, electrical wiring, and furnishings, meets specified quality and safety standards.
Budget & Resource Management:
-
Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure timely purchasing of materials and supplies.
Technical Oversight:
-
Check plans and drawings for accuracy, and ensure the physical installation of fixtures and finishes is done correctly.
Essential Skills
Project Management:

Strong skills in managing all phases of a fit-out project.
Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
Technical Expertise:

Ability to interpret drawings, oversee technical installations, and understand various building services.
Cross Function Coordination:

Proven ability to coordinate with relevant stake holders team members and effectively supervise site personnel.

Manage and Coordinate the requirements of all Franchises
Problem-Solving:

Ability to identify and resolve issues that arise during the project to keep it on track.

Very Good at simulating projects and red flagging and highlighting the hurdle's at an early stage of the project
Mobility

Highly mobile and be able to travel 60-70% of the time.
Work Experience
Qualifications
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field is typically required.
Experience:
5-7 of experience in executing and supervising interior fit-out projects for retail shops.
Certifications:
Project management certifications (like PMP) can be advantageous.
Technical Skill
Construction Knowledge:

Strong understanding of various interior construction elements, including civil, joinery, glass, metal, ceiling, and flooring works.

Previous knowledge of working with Retail brands and Malls.

Ability do line mark outs during kick offs and analysing and completing snag list at end of project
-
Involved during complete project lifecycle.

Ability to read and review SDR(Site surveys)

Ability to Prepare and monitor Schedules of Projects.

Ability to comprehensively and diplomatically analyse and structure the approach for any problem's arising at site.
Technical Drawings:
-
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications accurately.
Software:
Proficiency in CAD (AutoCAD) for reading and creating technical drawings and in project management software like MS Project or Primavera P6. would be a big advantage.
Soft Skills
