Job Title: Regional Business Development Sales Head - SOUTH, NORTH EAST, EAST
Reporting To: CEO / Director
Location: South , East and North East
Industry: Forex / Financial Services
Role Overview
The Regional Business Development Sales Head will be responsible for driving regional revenue growth,
building and scaling high-performing sales teams, and expanding business through strategic partnerships.
The role requires strong leadership, deep understanding of the Forex industry, and proven capability in
achieving aggressive sales and deposit targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Regional Growth
Develop and execute regional business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
Drive new client acquisition and expand the company’s presence in the assigned region.
Build and manage strategic partnerships to support long-term growth.
2. Sales Performance & Productivity Enforcement
Ensure each Sales Manager meets mandatory performance benchmarks linked to salary validation.
Monitor performance based on defined tiers:
Tier 1: Minimum USD 15,000 net deposits per month
Tier 2: Minimum USD 30,000 net deposits per month
Track individual and team performance daily using CRM systems and internal reporting tools.
Take corrective action in cases of underperformance, including coaching, performance improvement plans, reassignment, or escalation as required.
3. Revenue & Deposit Growth
Achieve a regional deposit target of USD 1,000,000+ per month within the first three months.
Drive consistent growth in retail trading deposits through structured sales execution and team
management.
Maximize revenue by improving deposit conversion rates and strengthening client retention
strategies.
4. Team Building & Scaling (Core Responsibility)
Recruit, hire, and onboard a minimum of 20 Sales Managers within the first 30 days.
Scale the regional sales team to 100 Sales Managers within three months.
Build and sustain a strong sales ecosystem across the assigned region.
Ensure all Sales Managers have relevant experience and exposure in the Forex industry.
5. Reporting & Management
Provide regular performance reports to senior management on sales, deposits, and team productivity.
Use data-driven insights to optimize regional strategies and improve operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in regional sales leadership within Forex, FinTech, or financial services.
Strong knowledge of Forex trading, IB models, and deposit-driven sales structures.
Excellent leadership, team-building, and performance management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver aggressive targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities.
Compensation
CTC Range: As per company policy and experience (₹20–30 LPA for senior BD roles).
Performance-linked incentives applicable as per target achievement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹2,048,572.00 - ₹3,066,708.00 per year
