Regional Sales Manager

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Sales Performance

* Ensure achievement of monthly retail sales challenge targets.

* Achieve fleet sales targets, with at least one fleet deal to be created in Q3.

Sales Strategy & Planning

* Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly sales plans on time for HQ/Director approval.

* Incorporate marketing campaigns, dealer promotions, and manpower planning into sales strategies to ensure effective execution.

Operational Excellence

* Manage stock and inventory, monitor aging vehicles, and ensure proper rotation.

* Ensure proper CRM/DMS system usage, timely reporting, data integrity, and compliance with HQ requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Sales Performance - 60%

Retail Sales Achievement vs. Challenge Target (50%)

Actual vs. challenge target on a monthly basis.

Achievement < 90% → only 50% score.

Achievement < 80% → zero score.

•Fleet Sales Target Achievement (10%)

Fleet sales vs. set monthly targets.

2. Sales Strategy & Planning - 30%

•Sales Plan Submission & Approval (15%)

Timely submission and alignment with HQ/Director approval.

• Inclusion of Marketing, Promotions, and Manpower Planning (15%)

Incorporates campaigns, dealer promotions, and staffing strategies.

3. Operational Excellence - 10%

• Stock & Inventory Management (5%)

Monitoring aging stock and ensuring rotation.

• CRM/DMS Usage & HQ Compliance (5%)

Timely reporting, data accuracy, and compliance with internal processes.
