About the Role : Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager for our Key Accounts division. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with KA customers, as well as overseeing the operations of the sales team. You will serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts and OOH, ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets and business growth.



Responsibilities :



  • Account Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs.
  • Sales Strategy : Create and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the unique requirements of each key account, identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration.
  • Sales Team Operations : Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales team, providing direction, support, and motivation to ensure that sales targets are met.
  • Training & Development : Mentor and support USM and ASM sales team, sharing best practices and strategies for effective key account management, and facilitating ongoing training.
  • Revenue Growth : Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and working collaboratively with other internal teams to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Market Analysis : Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Reporting & Forecasting : Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and forecasts to share with senior management.


Qualifications :



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in sales, with a focus on key account operation management or similar roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in leading and managing a sales team is a must.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive informed decision-making.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
