Regional Sales Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager, located in Medina, Saudi Arabia. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies, leading a team of sales professionals, building strong relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, training and mentoring team members, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

• Sales-driven skills, including sales management, business development, and client relationship management
• Leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and guiding sales teams
• Strategic planning and market analysis skills to identify opportunities and optimize regional sales performance
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in FMCG or a related industry is preferred
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
