Your Role: Regional Sales Manager (RSM)
˙¡*Location: Faridabad/Bengaluru/Chennai*
¡-uAEmployment Type: Full-time
As an RSM at Presto, you’ll be the driving force behind our regional sales growth. Your mission? Build relationships, drive revenue, and expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
■ Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed regional targets
■ Identify new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships
■ Conduct client visits, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable solutions
■ Deliver impactful technical presentations to showcase product capabilities
■ Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and execute campaigns
■ Maintain accurate sales records, customer interactions, and forecasts in CRM
Who We’re Looking For
✔ Experience: 8-10 years in sales, preferably in lab testing instruments or related industries
✔ Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of the sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure. Target oriented & high sales driven.
✔ Communication Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
✔ Leadership: Ability to manage and motivate a sizeable sales team
✔ Technical Aptitude: Comfort in understanding and explaining testing equipment applications
✔ Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce/Zoho) and MS Office Suite
✔ Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
Bonus Skills That Set You Apart
★Experience in manufacturing, packaging, automotive, or industrial equipment sales
★ Established network within relevant industries
★Familiarity with ISO standards and regulatory compliance for testing instruments
★Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and customer insights
★Experience in conducting product training for clients and internal teams
