Job Description
We are hiring a Regional Sales Manager for the Main Line / OTC division. The ideal candidate should be a result-oriented graduate with strong sales leadership experience in Ayurvedic, Herbal, or OTC product markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sales operations across Delhi, Uttarakhand, Central & Western Uttar Pradesh.
- Handle a large team of sales executives and managers; train, motivate, and guide them to meet business targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stockists and channel partners.
- Monitor sales performance, track market trends, and ensure target achievement.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to expand the business in assigned regions.
- Ensure proper distribution, product availability, and market penetration.
- Drive team productivity and oversee daily field activity.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate with 15–18 years of experience in Ayurvedic / OTC / Herbal product sales.
- Minimum 8–10 years as a First Line or Second Line Sales Manager.
- Strong understanding of regional market dynamics across Delhi, Uttarakhand, and UP (Central & West).
- Excellent communication, leadership, team management, and training skills.
- Ability to handle stockists effectively and achieve consistent business growth.
- Computer savvy with strong analytical and planning abilities.
- Age: Up to 42 years.
