Job Description – Regional Sales Manager (RSM)
Industry: Disinfectants & Hygiene Solutions
Reporting To: National Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Growth & Market DevelopmentAchieve regional sales targets through direct sales, channel expansion, and institutional sales.Identify & develop new business opportunities in Pharma, Healthcare institutions, Horoeka chains, and Animal Husbandry markets.Execute business plans aligned with the National Sales Strategy.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with key accounts.
2. Team Leadership & Channel ManagementLead and mentor a team of Territory Sales Officers/Executives.Recruit, train, and coach sales staff to ensure high performance.Build and strengthen distributor and dealer networks across the region.Conduct joint field visits to monitor performance, customer engagement, and technical sales delivery.
3. Technical Sales & Customer EngagementConduct technical meetings, product demonstrations, and training sessions for clients, hospitals, pharma companies, Horoeka operators, and veterinarians.Address customer technical queries with confidence and cooperate with R&D/product teams for advanced support.Participate in trade fairs, seminars, and industry events to position the brand as a leader in disinfection solutions.
4. Market Intelligence & ReportingTrack competitor activities, market trends, and regulatory developments.Share actionable insights with the National Sales Manager for strategic alignment.Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and dashboards.Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical business practices.
