Regional Sales Manager (FMCG) - Lahore
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in the Lahore region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the FMCG sector and a proven track record of driving sales growth, managing distribution networks, and leading high-performing sales teams. This is a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and achieving aggressive sales targets in one of Pakistan's key metropolitan areas.
Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for the Lahore region.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Area Sales Managers and sales representatives to ensure optimal performance and professional growth.
- Distribution Management: Manage and expand the regional distribution network, building strong, long-term relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive threats.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide accurate forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Collaboration: Oversee promotional activities and marketing campaigns, ensuring effective execution at the ground level.
- Budget Management: Manage the regional sales budget efficiently and ensure all activities comply with company policies and ethical standards.
- Product Presence: Ensure consistent product availability and visibility across all retail channels, including general trade and modern trade outlets.
Required Skills
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role within the FMCG sector in Lahore. Experience in food or food-related products is a significant plus.
- Track Record: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive market share growth.

- Technical Proficiency: Competency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).
- Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within the region to visit markets and distributors.
