Position: Regional Sales Manager – Karachi

Job Description:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop zonal and area sales teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Design and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company goals and KPIs.
  • Strengthen trade and distribution networks to maximize market reach and visibility.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution of sales plans.
  • Drive consistent performance through effective monitoring, coaching, and reporting.

Required Skills:

  • BBA or MBA in Sales & Marketing.
  • 7–9 years of experience in FMCG sales with strong regional exposure, particularly in Karachi.
  • Expertise in sales forecasting, route-to-market planning, and trade marketing.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in using sales monitoring and reporting software.
