Regional Sales Manager – Rajasthan (Locks & Smart Security Division)

India

Role Overview

The Regional Sales Manager will lead sales, distribution, and market expansion for Jainson Locks across Rajasthan, covering both traditional locking solutions and new-age smart locks.
This is a pivotal role combining channel network leadership, project-based sales, and brand growth, ensuring Jainson Locks becomes the preferred choice for retailers, builders, and customers across the state.

Key Responsibilities

1. Regional Sales Leadership

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Executives across major cities (Jaipur, Udaipur, Jodhpur, Kota, Ajmer, etc.).
  • Define and drive regional targets for revenue, growth, and profitability.
  • Ensure consistent sales performance across dealer, retail, and project verticals.

2. Channel Expansion & Distribution

  • Strengthen and widen the dealer/distributor network across Rajasthan.
  • Identify and onboard high-potential partners and service providers.
  • Ensure strong secondary sales and regular inventory rotation.

3. Smart Lock Market Development

  • Champion the adoption of smart locks among dealers, builders, and architects.
  • Organize demos, training sessions, and in-market awareness drives.
  • Work closely with marketing and technical teams to bridge customer understanding.

4. Project & Institutional Sales

  • Build relationships with builders, real estate developers, interior designers, and government procurement bodies.
  • Track regional tenders and large-scale project opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth execution through coordination with the operations team.

5. Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market shifts.
  • Provide regular feedback to product and leadership teams to inform business strategy.
  • Maintain sales dashboards, forecasts, and performance reports.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 in a regional leadership role.
  • Experience in hardware, electricals, construction materials, or smart home products will be a plus point but we are open to other industry profiles too.
  • Deep understanding of dealer and project sales dynamics in Rajasthan.
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Tech-friendly (CRM tools, digital communication, reporting systems).
  • Fluent in Hindi and English
  • Frequent travel across the region.

What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months)

  • Jainson Locks visibly present in all major markets across Rajasthan.
  • Smart lock category established as a recognized and trusted product line.
  • Strong, self-sustaining network of dealers and project accounts delivering steady growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
