Job Description

Royal Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to oversee and expand our sales operations in the Rawalpindi Division. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing the regional sales team, and ensuring strong business growth.

This is a leadership role that requires proven expertise in the solar energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the regional sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies tailored for the Rawalpindi region.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide actionable market insights.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with head office and other regions for alignment.
• Prepare regular sales reports for senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Mandatory experience in the Solar Energy Sector.
• 3–5 years of proven sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to design effective sales strategies.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
