Regional Sales Manager - South (Beauty and Cosmetics)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic sales plan to increase customer base and regional/national reach.
• Recruit, onboard, and lead a high-performing sales team through effective training and personalized coaching.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential and existing clients, tailoring solutions to their needs.
• Regularly assess and coach sales representatives, set clear objectives, and monitor their performance consistently.
• Identify and address skill or knowledge gaps within the sales team through targeted development plans.
• Conduct daily check-ins to motivate the sales team, track progress, and ensure quota achievement.
• Manage month-end and year-end sales close processes efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Cosmetics Sales and Training: 8 years (Required)
• Team Handling: 5 years (Required)
• Salesforce or HubSpot.: 5 years (Required)
