Position Summary
Infra Pipe Solutions (IPS) is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to oversee and grow sales across the Southeast U.S. territory. This role is responsible for driving sales of the Weholite product line and the company's full range of pipe products through distribution channels and direct customer engagement. The Regional Sales Manager will manage relationships with existing distributors, develop new accounts, and support project coordination, market development, and customer satisfaction.
Territory coverage includes, but is not limited to, Florida, N. Carolina, S. Carolina, Georgia, Alabama. While primary focus will be on these states, the Regional Sales Manager may be asked to support opportunities outside of this geography when beneficial to the Company and its customers.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications & Requirements
o Minimum 4 years of technical sales experience in the fluid transfer industry (pipes, fittings, valves, or related).
o Proven success managing a distribution network and driving sustained sales growth.
o Experience applying data and market analysis to guide sales decisions.
o Strong negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills.
o Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
o Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and virtual meeting platforms.
o Willingness to travel up to 50% across the Southeast region.
o Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a home office environment.
