Regional Sales Manager – Tyre Industry

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence across the MENA region. This role requires a proactive sales professional with strong industry knowledge, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to develop long-term partnerships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Expand market share across the MENA region through strategic client acquisition.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and fleet customers.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnership development.

Product Expertise

• Develop strong knowledge of the company’s tyre portfolio to effectively communicate product benefits and provide tailored solutions.

Contract Negotiation

• Lead negotiations with clients and successfully close sales agreements with favourable terms.

Market Intelligence

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regional market developments to identify new opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing, logistics, and supply chain teams to align customer requirements and improve service delivery.

Strategic Sales Planning

• Support the execution of regional sales strategies aimed at increasing brand visibility and market penetration.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 3–5+ years of sales experience in the tyre, automotive, or related industry
• Strong knowledge of the MENA tyre market
• In-depth knowledge of tyre products, brands, and regional market trends
• Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales targets
• Proven track record in tire sales (Commercial, Passenger, OTR, or Industrial Tires) or related automotive industry, preferably in the MENA region
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Willingness to travel within the region as needed
• Based in Dubai

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED7,500.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
