Job Summary


Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Manager Sales Support to join our Deal Operations Center (DOC) team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the efficiency and scalability of deal lifecycle processes and serving as a trusted operational leader to Sales leadership. Your primary goal is to accelerate deal velocity and support revenue growth by managing critical support workstreams.

The Deal Operations Center (DOC) is a critical function focused on optimizing and ensuring the seamless execution of sales deals from start to finish.


What You'll Do

In this role, you will:


  • Lead and Develop Talent: Oversee daily operations and actively lead, coach, and develop supervisors and senior individual contributors, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Optimize Operational Health: Design and implement cross-functional programs to improve efficiency, scalability, and quality in deal lifecycle management, managing team capacity and performance metrics to optimize operational health.
  • Drive Strategic Alignment: Act as a trusted partner to Sales leadership and collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, and Operations to streamline end-to-end processes, serving as the primary escalation point for complex deal-related issues.


What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:


  • Progressive Experience: Numerous years of progressive experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or related fields within the technology/Software as a Service (SaaS) industry.
  • People Leadership: Several years of direct people management experience , ideally leading team leads or supervisors.
  • Analytical Acumen: Proven ability to leverage strong analytical skills and data for operational decisions and performance management.
  • Technical Proficiency: High proficiency with Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and advanced Excel/G-Suite or Microsoft Office skills, with fluency in English.
