Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow sales across Maharashtra and nearby states, focusing on both new client acquisition and existing account management.

Plan, schedule, and conduct regular client visits, product presentations, and demos across different cities within the assigned region.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into long-term partnerships.

Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Maintain timely and accurate reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry forums as needed.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Up to 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in B2B or solution-based sales.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively manage a sales territory.

Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra and nearby states.

Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
