REGIONAL SECTOR LEAD
The Regional Sector Lead (RSL) is a key part of E&R’s regional business leadership. Reporting through the Sector Leader (SL), RSLs are part of the WIN pillar. The RSL is a “seller/doer” responsible for developing strong client relationships, a deep understanding of the sectors they support, full knowledge of what Stantec can do, and leading pursuits within their sector(s) and respective geographies. Liaisons between local / regional teams, the Sector Leaders, and practice community, RSLs work collaboratively with BC Practice Leaders (BCPLs) and Account Managers (AMs) to grow Stantec's market position within their region or geography, while supporting development of the regional technical teams and providing market/client intelligence.
RSLs leverage their sector technical skills, industry and market knowledge, and client / partner relationships to identify, pursue, win and deliver strategic projects that align with regional priorities, sector growth plans, and business goals. They also collaborate with other BOUs within the region to identify and support integrated sector growth opportunities for Stantec.
