Key Accountabilities

• Develop and execute regional supply chain strategies for drilling, field operations, and equipment maintenance
• Drive AI-enabled forecasting, inventory optimization, and digital supply chain transformation
• Manage strategic sourcing and supplier partnerships across GCC, MENA, Europe, and Asia
• Oversee field logistics to ensure availability of critical oilfield equipment and materials
• Optimize inventory, warehousing, and spare parts availability using digital solutions
• Mitigate supply chain risks and enhance resilience across multi-country operations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, finance, and project teams
• Lead and develop supply chain teams while promoting data-driven and digital capabilities

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are Looking for:

• 
  15+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Logistics
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Oil & Gas or Oilfield Services industry
• Proven experience working across GCC markets (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait)
• Strong background in managing regional supply chain operations within drilling or oilfield services companies
• Previous experience as an Oilfield Engineer or Field Operations Engineer is a strong advantage
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Exposure to AI-enabled supply chain planning and analytics tools
• Experience with digital supply chain platforms and automation
• Knowledge of inventory optimization and predictive maintenance models
• Familiarity with supply chain visualization and reporting tools
