About the role:

To Manage the entire region potential growth by delivering the revenue and margin target set by the organization. To define, set, and cascade the direction to the entire team with core ability. To manage daily and weekly KPI’s and Oversee regional opportunities and rectify gaps to build sustainable growth within business. Oversee the entire team deployment based on key geographies within his territory.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver regional volume, revenue, and margin targets in line with business objectives.
  • Develop Foodservice segments across products, customer groups, and numeric distribution expansion.
  • Analyze weekly and monthly revenue performance and implement timely action plans with clear reporting.
  • Gather and develop Foodservice insights while coordinating closely with Head Office FS and Business Units.
  • Achieve a profitable sales mix to enhance overall channel margin.
  • Allocate team members effectively across territories and customer portfolios.
  • Ensure Foodservice administrative requests are addressed and completed efficiently.
  • Provide periodic reporting on team capabilities, performance, and business progress.
  • Maintain regional overdue balances within acceptable limits based on customer payment terms (CA, CR, TC).
  • Coordinate with regional demand planning to monitor SKU volume progress and ensure supply consistency.
  • Coach and develop team members to strengthen selling skills and overall competencies.





Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related filed.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Foodservice Sales across various leadership levels.
  • Proven track record in managing and developing large teams.
  • Strong background in sales with consistent achievement of targets and business objectives.
