Registered Dental Assistant

Our established dental practice is seeking a dedicated, Maryland X-ray Certified Dental Assistant with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience to join our team. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional patient care and are looking for a professional who is passionate about dentistry and thrives in a high-performance environment.

The Ideal Candidate

• Experienced: You have spent at least 5 years chairside and can anticipate the dentist’s needs with ease.
• Qualified: You hold a current Maryland Dental Radiation Technologist (X-ray) certification (required).
• Patient-Focused: You have a warm chairside manner and the ability to make patients feel comfortable and informed.
• Tech-Savvy: You are proficient with digital radiography and familiar with dental practice management software.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level chairside assistance for a variety of general and cosmetic procedures.
• Take high-quality digital X-rays and intraoral impressions/scans.
• Perform sterilization, room turnaround, and maintain strict OSHA/CDC compliance.
• Educate patients on post-operative care and oral hygiene.
• Maintain accurate electronic patient records.

Pay: $25.23 - $30.39 per hour
