We are patient focused, fun, engaging and our goal is to provide excellent pediatric and orthodontic services to the greater San Diego area! We are looking for a lead RDA who is experienced in management, can culture a positive work environment, can mentor and motivate a team !

Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures using 4-hand dentistry
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care
- Perform dental charting and documentation using electronic medical records (EMR) systems such as Open Dental and Dolphin
- Assist with patient scheduling and appointment coordination
- Conduct patient assessments and record vital signs

Experience:
- Familiarity with orthodontics and pediatric dentistry is required

-lead RDA experience preferred
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instruments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Education/License

• Infection Control
• Coronal Polish
• Pit and Fissure
• Basic Life Support
• Radiograph

Compensation is based of years of experience, certifications and licenses.

Working Hours:

Monday- Friday

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation DOE

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
