Compensation

• $20–$30 per hour, based on experience and skill set

Schedule

• Monday – Thursday full day (7:45 am - 5:00 pm)
• One Half day on Friday every month (7:45 am-12:00 pm)

Qualifications

• Registered Dental Assistant (Required)
• X-Ray Certification (Required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Reliable and team-oriented
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new procedures

Experience is a plus, but personality, attitude, and willingness to learn are more important. We are happy to train the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming and positive patient experience
• Assist chairside with a wide range of procedures (fillings, crowns, surgery/implants, ortho)
• Take digital and CBCT radiographs
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms
• Monitor patient comfort and vitals during procedures
• Educate patients post-treatment (crowns, extractions, etc.)
• Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix Ascend
• Coordinate effectively between front and back office teams
• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols

Technology & Tools

• Intraoral scanning
• 3D printing
• CBCT imaging
• Dentrix Ascend

Growth & Skill Development

• Exposure to implants, surgery, and orthodontics
• Training in multiple areas of digital dentistry (scanning, 3D design, 3D printing, CBCT)
