What You’ll Do:
- Make patients feel welcome, informed, and comfortable
- Prepare rooms, instruments, and materials for appointments
- Deliver high-quality 4-handed dental assistance during a variety of procedures, from general to cosmetic to surgical
- Uphold the highest standards of sterilization and infection control (OSHA/HIPAA compliant)
- Educate patients with post-op instructions and oral hygiene coaching
- Accurately chart and update records using digital dental software (CareStack experience is a plus)
- Assist with ordering and stocking clinical supplies
- Help the team stay organized and ensure each day runs smoothly
Who We’re Looking For:
- A confident, experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who brings positive energy to every patient interaction
- At least 1 year of dental assisting experience
- Current X-ray certification (required)
- Familiarity with dental software and digital workflows
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and stays focused even when juggling multiple tasks
- A detail-oriented team player who values accuracy and dependable communication
- Someone eager to grow, learn new technologies, and be part of a fun, motivated team
