Registered (Licensed) Dental Assistant – Patient-Focused Private Practice

Location: Richardson, TX

What You’ll Do

• Assist the doctor chairside in a full range of general dentistry procedures
• Assist the doctor chairside in a full range of orthodontic procedures
• Prepare, sterilize, and maintain instruments and treatment areas
• Take and process digital X-rays, intraoral photos, and impressions
• Record accurate clinical notes and assist with treatment documentation
• Educate patients on procedures, oral hygiene, and post-treatment care
• Support front and back office tasks as needed to keep the day running smoothly
• Deliver a welcoming, professional, and caring patient experience

What We’re Looking For:

• 1st RDA position - heavy Orthodontic experience
• 2nd RDA position - heavy General Dentistry experience
• Active Texas RDA license (required)
• 1–3 years of clinical experience
• Knowledge of Open Dental preferred
• Knowledge of iTero Scanner preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
• Team player with strong communication and organization skills
• Positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and commitment to patient comfort
• Shifts available on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
• Weekend availability (Saturdays and/or Sundays) strongly preferred
