Qualifications

• Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Texas (required)
• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred (not required)
• Spanish-speaking strongly preferred (we serve many Spanish-only patients)
• Comfortable assisting in a wide range of procedures
• Strong communication and patient care skills

Your Role

• Assist the doctor during a variety of procedures
• Provide an excellent chairside experience for patients
• Maintain efficient operatory flow and organization
• Follow sterilization and clinical protocols at a high standard
• Contribute positively to team culture and daily operations

Compensation & Benefits

• $18–$22/hour (based on experience)
