Job Title: Registered Nurse - Homecare

Job Summary:
The Homecare Registered Nurse delivers skilled, compassionate nursing care directly in patients' homes, supporting recovery, chronic condition management, and daily living needs. This role focuses on culturally sensitive, patient-centered care in collaboration with families, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams while adhering to Qatar's home nursing regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide hands-on nursing care tailored to individual patient needs in home settings, including post-operative recovery, chronic illness management, and elderly support.

· Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document personalized care plans in partnership with patients and families, adjusting based on ongoing feedback and vital sign monitoring.

· Administer medications, treatments, and physician orders accurately; monitor efficacy and safety while recommending assistive devices for improved mobility and independence.

· Educate patients and families on safe home care practices, self-management, disease prevention, and emergency response to promote long-term health.

· Communicate promptly with physicians, therapists, and care teams about patient changes; coordinate multidisciplinary services for holistic care.

· Evaluate care interventions regularly, ensuring efficiency and making modifications in collaboration with stakeholders.

· Maintain strict confidentiality, ethical standards, and professionalism; foster respectful relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.

· Comply with all Qatar Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) policies, DHP licensing requirements, and home nursing safety protocols.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from a recognized institution.

· Valid nursing license from country of origin, plus Qatar Prometric exam passed, Dataflow verification, DHP Evaluation and DHP license.

· Attested documents from the home country (e.g., educational certificates, experience letters, nursing license) authenticated by home country authorities and Qatar Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA).

· Police Clearance Certificate from the home country, attested by MOFA Qatar.

· Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience, preferably in patient-centered settings.

· Excellent communication, cultural sensitivity, and time-management skills; physical endurance for home visits.

· Knowledge of emergency response (e.g., CPR) and Qatar home nursing regulations.

· Applicant must be interested, open, and flexible to working in all healthcare settings; there is rotation of all staff in the company.

Work Schedule:

· 8 hours duty plus 1 hour lunch break, 6 days a week, in compliance with Qatar Labor Law.

· Overtime fees are compensated separately.
