Unit Highlights

• 29-bed Medical Stepdown Unit
• Cardiac-focused: acute MI, arrhythmias, cardiomyopathy
• General medicine services: renal, pulmonary, endocrine, oncology & more
• Dedicated stroke unit with NIH Stroke Scale-certified RNs
• Advanced training in Bi-PAP, C-PAP, A-PAP, and central line care

Responsibilities

• Deliver age and culturally appropriate patient care
• Conduct assessments, create care plans, and evaluate outcomes
• Provide infusion therapy, injections, transfusions, and stroke protocol care
• Collaborate closely with the healthcare team, patients, and families
• Maintain strict patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Ohio RN License or Compact License
• ACLS & BLS Certifications (AHA)
• Minimum 1 year of Stepdown or Telemetry nursing experience

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour
