Registered Nurse

We are looking for a registered nurse who is responsible providing high-quality nursing care to patients by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care plans. They ensure the health and comfort of patients under their care while complying with healthcare policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care to patients, including medication administration, wound care, IV therapy, and vital sign monitoring.
• Assess patient health status and respond to changes in condition.
• Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records, including assessments, interventions, medications, and outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about treatments, medications, discharge instructions, and preventive health.
• Report significant changes in a patient’s condition to the physician and nurse supervisor.
• Adhere to infection control protocols, medication safety procedures, and hospital policies.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and privacy according to ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
• Valid QCHP License.
• 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience preferred (more for specialized units).
