Registered Nurse

The Clinic Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in an outpatient clinic setting. This role involves assisting physicians during examinations, performing clinical procedures, patient education, and ensuring that the clinic operates efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient intake, including vital signs, medical history, and chief complaints.
• Prepare patients for examinations and assist physicians with procedures.
• Administer medications, injections, vaccines, and other treatments as prescribed.
• Perform routine clinical tasks such as wound care, dressing changes, and specimen collection.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with confidentiality regulations.
• Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and prescribed treatments.
• Ensure proper sterilization and maintenance of medical instruments and examination rooms.
• Monitor inventory of medical supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Participate in clinic quality improvement initiatives and safety procedures.
• Provide emergency care and first aid when required.
