Role Overview

We are seeking calm, compassionate, and highly professional Nurses who value patient-centered care, education, and service excellence. This role is ideal for nurses who thrive in a refined, low-volume, high-quality clinical environment and who take pride in delivering premium care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and clinical support in a concierge primary care setting
• Assist doctors during consultations, procedures, and therapies
• Administer and monitor wellness and therapeutic interventions, including molecular hydrogen therapy (training provided)
• Calmly and patiently explain procedures and therapies to patients
• Monitor patient comfort, vitals, and responses during therapies
• Handle patients across all moods and emotional states with empathy and professionalism
• Maintain a peaceful, reassuring presence in the clinic at all times
• Ensure infection control, safety protocols, and clinical hygiene standards
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
• Collaborate closely with doctors, reception, and administrative teams
• Uphold elite service, discretion, and confidentiality standards

Training Provided

• Orientation to concierge primary care philosophy and clinic SOPs
• Detailed training on molecular hydrogen therapy and other clinic offerings
• Step-by-step patient care pathways and safety protocols
• Communication skills for premium patient interactions

Required Qualifications

• GNM / BSc Nursing / MSc Nursing
• Valid nursing registration
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Calm, compassionate, and reassuring bedside manner
• Strong patient education and communication skills
• High emotional intelligence and professionalism

Preferred Experience

• Experience in wellness clinics, medical spas, hospitals, or premium healthcare settings
• Comfort working in low-volume, high-engagement care models
• Interest in preventive, lifestyle, or integrative healthcare
