Registered Nurse

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing safe, ethical, and high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with approved clinical standards, policies, and regulatory requirements. The RN supports physicians and healthcare teams in delivering patient-centered care while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to patients including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, medical history, and current condition.
  • Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and minor surgeries.
  • Prepare patients for medical procedures and provide post-procedure care and instructions.
  • Maintain accurate and complete nursing documentation and medical records.
  • Ensure infection control, safety standards, and proper sterilization of equipment.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and health management.
  • Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide first aid or life support as required.
  • Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
  • Ensure compliance with DHA / MOH / DOH regulations and clinic policies.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and professional ethics at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Valid DHA / MOH / DOH Registered Nurse license (or eligibility).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience (clinic or hospital preferred).
  • Knowledge of nursing procedures, patient care standards, and infection control.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (ACLS is an advantage).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
