Preferred Skills/Experience: Microsoft Office/Teams Utilize Milliman Guidelines

Required Credentials: Facility only accepts Hep B vaccines and will not take titers or declination

Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission. Can only submit to 1 location within the region (PAMC, Seward, Valdez, Saint Elias Specialty Hospital, and Kodiak). No holiday RTO for Auto Offer.

Shift & Scheduling: Monday - Friday business hours (required). Weekend required: every other weekend or 4 weekend days in a 4 week schedule.

Shift times may vary, but will be one of the following: 0700-1530 0730-1600 0800-1630 0830-1700

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
