Required Credentials:

• RN jobs in the following units: Cardiac Cath Lab, Electrophysiology, ED/ER, Endoscopy, any ICU/critical care, IR, LTAC ICU, Med-Surg/Tele, Tele, PACU, Stepdown/PCU are required to pass a Basic Dysrhythmia/EKG exam during onboarding.

• RN's - Pass/Fail exam on Friday during orientation. Open book exam on skills learned - they are given all necessary resources to pass. Must receive a 90% to pass or they will be terminated.

• References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Floating Requirements: Will float to OBS unit and Freestanding Creighton ER at least once a week.

Unit/Facility Details: Ratios: 1:4 in zones, 1:6 in Fast Track, 1:5 in OBS, 1:1 ICU/Trauma

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend and Holiday Requirements: Varies based on department needs
