Required Skills/Experience: Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.

References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Shift & Scheduling: 8, 10 and/or 12 hours shifts to work independently, weekends, evenings, call shifts required (average one to two a month). 2-4 call team night call shifts in a 4 week schedule. Possibility of 2-4 call shifts from 7-9 in a 4 week schedule. May work every 5th weekend day shift as needed- will have a day off during the week to reflect this. Work week: Sunday through Saturday. (Will consider 4, 10s) 12hr shifts 630-7, with 1 late shift a week (830-9), 2-4 call team night call shifts in a 4 week schedule. Possibility of 2-4 call shifts from 7-9 in a 4 week schedule.

Floating Requirements: No floating to other units but must be flexible to work in all specialties if needed. Orientation to the units we must travel to such as pre-op and PACU.
