Job description:

We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Home Care Nurse who is DOH/DHA/DOH licensed to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in tracheostomy care, NGT (Nasogastric Tube) management, and PEG (Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy) feeding. You will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a home setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients.
• Perform tracheostomy care including cleaning, suctioning, and monitoring for complications.
• Manage NGT and PEG feeding, ensuring safe and hygienic procedures.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patient response.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and progress reports.
• Educate family members on patient care and safety measures.
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide first aid when necessary.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid DOH / DHA / MOH license.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in home care or hospital setup.
• Experience in tracheostomy, NGT, and PEG care preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
