An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager

Preferred Skills/Experience: Minimum 2 years of Home Health experience strongly preferred.

Required Credentials: OASIS cert is a plus.

Shift & Scheduling: Roughly 8a-430p, but depending on census there may be flexibility to start and end times. On Call: 1-2x during the week and every other weekend. The clinician working the weekend for admissions/routines will be also be on-call their assigned weekend. Most often it is triaging the calls, not necessarily having to make additional visits.

Floating Requirements: Potential to float to other territories to assist when needed during low census.
