POSITION SUMMARY

The Registered Nurse, using critical thinking skills, coordinates and provides safe, quality care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Assist in organizing patient care activities as assigned.

Certification:

BLS/CPR (AMERICAN HEART ASSN) ACLS NRP (AMERICAN ACADEMY OF PEDIATRICS) - ACQUIRE WITHIN 90 DAYS FOR INEXPERIENCED RN / AT HIRE FOR EXPERIENCED OBSTETRICS RN
AWHONN INTERMEDIATE FETAL MONITORING - ACQUIRE WITHIN 9 MONTHS FOR INEXPERIENCED / AT HIRE FOR EXPERIENCED OBSTETRICS RN
