Registered Nurse – Emergency Room (ER)

Location: Saddar & DHA, Karachi

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Room team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients requiring urgent and emergency medical attention while working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and vital signs.
• Administer medications, treatments, and intravenous therapies as prescribed.
• Assist physicians during emergency procedures and interventions.
• Provide immediate nursing care to trauma, medical, and surgical emergency patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.
• Ensure compliance with infection prevention and patient safety protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Requirements

• Diploma in General Nursing or BSN.
• Valid PNC License.
• 1 year of experience in an Emergency Room or Acute Care setting preferred.
• Fresh graduates with ER internship or clinical rotation experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
