Registered Nurse (Full Time)

1. Direct Patient Care (Major Role)

* Monitoring vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, respiration)

* Administering medications (oral, IM, IV as prescribed)

* IV line care, fluids, injections

* Wound care and dressing changes

* Assisting with hygiene, feeding, mobility

* Pain assessment and comfort care

* Oxygen therapy and nebulization

* Pre- and post-operative nursing care (if applicable)

2. Nursing Procedures & Support

* Catheterization and catheter care

* Ryle’s tube insertion and feeding

* Blood transfusion monitoring

* Sample collection (blood, urine, sputum)

* ECG assistance

* Preparing patients for diagnostic procedures

3. Documentation & Records

* Maintaining patient case sheets

* Medication charts and treatment records

* Intake–output charting

* Nursing notes and progress reports

* Shift handover reports

4. Coordination & Communication

* Coordinating with doctors for rounds and orders

* Communicating patient condition to physicians

* Guiding patients and attenders

* Liaison with lab, pharmacy, and other departments

5. Infection Control & Safety

* Maintaining aseptic techniques

* Following hospital infection-control protocols

* Proper disposal of biomedical waste

* Ensuring patient and ward safety

6. Ward Management

* Bed management and patient admission/discharge

* Checking availability of drugs and supplies

* Maintaining ward cleanliness and order

* Handling emergency situations until doctor arrives

7. Emergency & Critical Support

* Identifying deterioration in patient condition

* Basic life support (BLS) until medical team arrives

* Assisting in code blue situations

8. Patient Education & Counseling

* Explaining medications and procedures

* Educating patients on hygiene, diet, and follow-up care

* Discharge instructions

9. Shift Responsibilities

* Morning, evening, or night shift duties

* Proper shift handover

* Night monitoring and emergency response

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
