Position Overview:

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) – Rehabilitation for an exciting job in Wayne, NJ.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license and completion of an accredited nursing program.

• Experience in rehabilitation nursing preferred.

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.

• Ability to educate and empower patients and families.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patients’ physical and emotional health.

• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans tailored to rehabilitation goals.

• Administer medications, wound care, and prescribed therapies.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.

• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery expectations, and health maintenance.

• Support patients in adapting to lifestyle changes and managing chronic conditions.

• Maintain accurate medical records and document care provided.

• Ensure patient safety by monitoring for potential complications and responding appropriately.

• Serve as a patient advocate and provide emotional support throughout the rehabilitation process.

• Participate in discharge planning and ensure smooth transitions to home or other care settings.
