Compensation:

• Salary: $32.50-$38.50/hr based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the nursing care in a particular department or shift.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and adjust patient care plans as necessary.
• Lead communication with patients, families, and physicians regarding patient care.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse ( RN ) certification in the state of Alabama
• Experience as a charge nurse or in a similar leadership role is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A commitment to providing high-quality care and hospitality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
